Organisation of Props, Actors etc

In order to produce the best looking and professional products possible, it is important that I ensure I have  arranged people to feature in my products, whether it be photographs, interviews or voices. With these people I need to make sure I am organised in terms of time, props and costumes. I will be using my own camera to take the photographs for the advert and newspaper, my own laptop software of 'Audacity' to create the radio advert, and my own software of 'Adobe Photoshop Elements' to create my actual products, making it unnecessary to liaise with anyone else for equipment.

Dear (Name)

For my Year 13 A2 Media Coursework, I am required to produce 3 products, including (a newspaper/radio advert) and as I need to produce these independently with (photographs/voice actors) of my own, I am writing to ask if you would be able to help me with this. I will only require you for approximately (1 hour/2 hours) on (DATE) at (TIME) at my (house/outside in my garden). You will need to bring (just your voice/formal clothes/jeans and a t-shirt to wear).
I hope you can make it.
Thank you
Chloe.
