Now I have planned who I need, I can start to contact people to get permission to use them in my photographs/advert. I have written a general letter which I will then adapt the parts in coloured brackets according to who I send it to.
Dear (Name)
For my Year 13 A2 Media Coursework, I am required to produce 3 products, including (a newspaper/radio advert) and as I need to produce these independently with (photographs/voice actors) of my own, I am writing to ask if you would be able to help me with this. I will only require you for approximately (1 hour/2 hours) on (DATE) at (TIME) at my (house/outside in my garden). You will need to bring (just your voice/formal clothes/jeans and a t-shirt to wear).
I hope you can make it.
Thank you
Chloe.
